Some products are printed on demand and made specially for the customer.

3. Ordering & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
We accept payments through the methods listed on our website.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

4. No Return / No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Inkspire Books follows a strict No Return / No Refund policy.

No cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted for any product once payment is completed.
This applies to books, merchandise, gift kits, digital downloads, and other items sold under Inkspire Books.

4.1 Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items

A replacement may be issued only if:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
You provide clear photo/video evidence.

Replacements will be processed after verification. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays or location factors.
Inkspire Books is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility for transit lies with the carrier.

All content created and sold by Inkspire Books—including books, designs, illustrations, logos, educational material, digital content, and brand assets—is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute any content without written permission.
